We have a 7 day refund policy, which means you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.To be eligible for a return or exchange your product must be in the same condition as you received it,un-used and un-burnt.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if your candle is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind.
